Information we receive

When you send a business inquiry, we receive your name, work email, selected inquiry type and message. You may also provide your company, country or region, telephone number and target market. We include the language used for the submission in the inquiry email. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the form.

How we use it

We use the information to review and respond to your inquiry and consider whether to discuss a consulting engagement. The form sends an email to our business mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply address; the sender address is the EastWest mailbox. The contact form does not send inquiries to Google Sheets or EastWest Content Studio.

Website sessions and attribution

An essential first-party session supports form security, anti-spam timing and temporary campaign attribution. The attribution can include the landing page path, a channel, the hostname of an external referring site and validated UTM campaign fields. It does not intentionally retain the full referring URL or advertising click IDs. This attribution is included in the inquiry email and removed from the session after a successful submission.

Form protection and delivery

The form uses validation, a hidden bot-detection field, completion timing and request rate limits. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical request information when enabled on the form. Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to serve the site and deliver the message. Technical server logs may contain request information, including an IP address. Application error logging for mail failures records the exception type, not your inquiry content.

Retention, access and requests

Inquiry emails remain in the business mailbox until they are handled or removed under EastWest's operational practices. Session attribution is temporary and is cleared after successful delivery; server logs and provider records follow their respective operational retention settings. We do not state a fixed deletion period because one has not been established for every system. To ask about information you submitted, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. Requests are assessed against applicable obligations and the information available to us.

Other services and changes

This policy covers the corporate website and its contact form. EastWest Content Studio is a separate internal content workflow with its own application privacy policy when that policy is available. The current website does not install Google Ads, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking scripts. If our website practices change, we will update this page to describe them.
